Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for exchange or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Ballet flats are not eligible for return if the elastics have been tightened. Please ensure you are happy with your new shoes before tightening the elastics. Hosiery products are unable to be returned where packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
